    With numerous professional and academic accolades, Carmine has served as President of AquaSan since 1983. He also served as an Associate Professor for the University of Colorado for over 30 years, a guest lecturer at universities and institutes all over the world and has been invited as a guest of the Countries of Israel, India, China, Ghana, and the Philippines in addressing sustainable water and energy solutions. Understanding the convergence of the needs for water and energy, Carmine undertook the development of energy; first, in the development of combined cycle power plants across the United States, then the development of biomass, wind, and solar energy. His commitment to the critical nature of energy, like water, is to address issues in the most efficacious manner available. AquaSan’s principals have developed over 1,100 MWs of natural gas power, 1,000 MWs of wind, and 340 MWs of solar in addition to their water work. Mr. Iadarola holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts from the Monmouth College in Illinois.

    Mr. Yogesh Sharma is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of diverse technical, management, and entrepreneurial experience. In 1986, he began his career with M/S Equipment Conductor and Cables Public Ltd., a company dealing in the manufacturing of overhead transmission lines, as a Business Development Manager. During his time at the company, turnover increased from INR 90 million (USD ~2 million) to INR 260 million (USD ~5.5 million) in four years. He also worked as a Managing Director with M/S Gwalior Smokeless Fuels Ltd., which is involved in manufacturing of Smokeless Fuel. Subsequently, he partnered with M/S Microsoft Corp. and M/S Onward Novell Inc. to formulate banking solutions for two nationalized banks. He also worked as a Business Development partner with M/S Onsite Ltd. for promoting Trenchless Rehabilitation Technology across India. At present, he is working with M/S Shriram EPC Ltd. as an Advisor for Business Development. He has assumed responsibility for Controlling Business Development for the Company across India in Consultation with the H.O.D. and Technical Head of the company.

    Ms. Biskup has been working in the water and energy sectors since 2013 and is the Managing Director of Development for AquaSan. She has assisted various companies in achieving over USD 10 million in savings through water and energy conservation. Ms. Biskup works with developers to create water-energy management programs for new construction and coordinates the functionality of the company by being in direct contact with all clients throughout the process. Ms. Biskup has worked closely with the ASAK team on solar development in Rajasthan, as well as projects in the Philippines, Colorado, Virginia, and Minnesota.

    Mr. Gour works in the marble industry in Rajasthan as Director of Laxmi Gour Marble and Granites Pvt. Ltd. He established the first Gangsaw unit in Makrana, Rajasthan in 1984. Mr. Gour has established a leading marble manufacturing and processing plant in Kishangarh, Rajasthan. Kishangarh is 37.3 miles (60 km) from Makrana. The same plant is also processing marble blocks from Katni. Mr. Gour pursued a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan and he is also a Member of the Working Committee of the Kishangarh Marble Association (“KMA”).

    Mr. David Iadarola has over a decade of experience in water and utility system operations and development including utility design, development, and operations. His water and wastewater utility system experience includes operations, program budgeting, rate and fee design, evaluation, fiscal analysis, well design and construction, secondary treatment systems, reservoir development and operations, and ground and surface water systems. David has also developed gas, wind, and solar projects. His projects include over 1,300 MWs of wind in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington, 800 MWs of gas-fired, combined-cycle plants in Virginia and Colorado, and 145 MWs of solar projects in California.

    Mr. Akhilesh Sharma has experience in project planning and management, marketing, and manufacturing process. In 1983, he started his career in with Marble industry by establishing Maharaja Marble. In 2003, he established Mapsor Diamond Tools Pvt. Ltd. The diamond tools were supplied to major marble and other companies in and outside of Jaipur. After an initial exposure in the marble and tool business, he diversified into event management. In 2008, he established an event management company, named Mapsor Event Management. He organized various trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and book shows in and outside Jaipur. At present, he is working as a Managing Director and Co-founder of Mapsor Construction Pvt. Ltd in Jaipur. Simultaneously, he is also working as a Partner & Co-founder of Siddhant Stones Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
